STEPS FOR BOOKING

1. HEAD TO OUR RENTALS PAGE

In this step you can browse through our rentals page and have a look at what catches your attention to make your day extra special. We have everything from wine barrels, to marquee letters, as well as the essentials such as chairs, tables and tents. In this step it might be helpful to write down the names of the items you are interested in to send to us. We do offer package discounts for large rental orders.

2. CHECK OUT OUR SERVICES

Trust us to bring your ideas to life by taking care of the set-up, tear-down, or delivery for your event. We also offer cocktail hour services with our champagne wall rentals. Most of our rentals can fit in the back of a car or SUV. Most rentals are picked up by the renter a day or two before their rental and returned a day or two after. Delivery, and set-up have an extra charge based on location. Let us know what location and what date you need and we can provide you a quote.

3. CHECK OUT OUR GARLAND & OUR CHEESECLOTH AND NEON SIGNS FOR PURCHASE

We sell eucalyptus, willow, boxwood and mixed garlands. As well, we sell 13ft cheesecloth & custom neon signs. Garlands can be uses on signs, tables, as centerpieces, on fireplace mantels and anywhere you need a little extra greenery. Our prices are half of our competitors and we offer bulk pricing. Cheesecloth can be dyed and cut upon purchase.

4. READ OVER OUR RENTAL TERMS AND FAQ 

Our terms of agreement outline our rental rules and regulations. This agreement protects both you and us. All items have a damage deposit outlined in the agreement. As well a booking deposit is require that is non-refundable. The remaining rental fee and damage deposit is due at least 10 days prior to your rental period if you choose to pay by e-transfer or in cash if you choose to pay at pick-up. The damage deposit is returned upon examination of the items and all damages must be reported.

4. SEND US AN EMAIL

We care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. By getting in contact with us we will start by providing you the quotes and answers you need. We will send you the required forms for booking by email along with further information about booking a pick-up time as outlined below.

5. WATCH YOUR EMAIL FOR FURTHER INFORMATION

Watch your email and send us another message if you do not hear back within 5-7 business days. You will be receiving a booking form, information regarding a deposit and our rental equipment agreement.

6. PICK UP AND DROP OFF

We have time-slotted porch pick-up times and drop-off times. You will be sent an email with a link to our automated booking service. You must book your times, pay your booking fee and return you rental agreement in order to be considered booked. You will be able to change your pick up time up to 5 days prior to your rental. If you have friends or family completing the pick-up/drop-off they must be aware of the rules. Returning items outside the time agreed upon will result in a $25 fee. A $25 charge will occur for every day that the items are late.
